"First time staying here, and we had a quick little family getaway. We always love staying in Navarre. The host was very friendly and very quick to answer any questions I had about the property. We were not far from Opal Beach and it was absolutely beautiful as always. Be prepared to climb two flights of stairs, but we didn’t mind! They had a stocked pantry with paper plates, cups, and garbage bags and even laundry detergent available. It was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Definitely recommend staying here! "

"Sofa does not pull out to queen bed as advertised so Property management brought in air mattress. Cleaning service needs to do a better job. Sofa cushions were very dirty with pet stains. Underneath sofa not vacuumed, lots of food, dirt, items on floor. Cushions around table could use a cleaning. Rug in master bedroom has stains that should be cleaned. The First two nights, the lights outside didn’t work. dangerous using wet stairs coming in/out of house. Monday afternoon property manager responded quickly. Electrician fixed lights, air mattress and plenty of towels were brought in. Location is great! Love Navarre and all the beaches close by. "

"Our family came during Spring Break and really enjoyed the home. It was clean and so cozy!Things we appreciated...*All the beach gear and how well stocked the home was! This saved us space when packing our car!*The safety measures for the back door leading to the pool. This really eased our mind with having a toddler! *Neighborhood Walmart less than 5 minutes away! Super easy and quick grocery pick up! *How forward and easy it was to communicate with Dan.*Preteen daughter enjoyed all the bedrooms having their own TVs and access to streaming services! Lol*Beautiful home and well maintained! I loved the breakfast nook, looking out towards the pool! *The Karaoke setup! This made for one of our most memorable evenings during our stay! "

"This place was perfect, lots of space, breathtaking view, nice pool and quick responses by the host. I have shared this location with many friends. We will be back."

"Check in was fine but the condo unit itself is lacking maintenance and upkeep. The glazing is popped off the floor tile in at least 100 spots making the floor look perpetually dirty. The baseboards are filthy, walls need painted which made this unit the least desirable of any we have stayed in and we have been spending time at The Palms of Sunset Harbor for over 25 years."
