"We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes please! While we were at dinner she brought towels but room never did get cleaned. That's never happened to us before."

"Pool was supposed to be heated. It was cold. Water damage on the floor they put us on and there were dehumidifiers in the hall. It smelled awful. The carpets were terribly stained. Will not stay here again. Staff was extremely nice though. Loved the pastry man in the breakfast area. "

"We had the best trip. The condo was absolutely stunning great views. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. The only thing I would say is need some extra towels in each bathroom and maybe a few more pots and pans. We did leave a few board games I hope they keep them there for future families. We loved the owners closet made the beach stuff a lot easier to deal with and not let the condo get all sandy. We will definitely be back to this condo. "
