"The room was huge and beautiful with a great view. Staff were great at check-in and at the pool and restaurants. Concierge was super friendly. There were birds and beaches and it all felt super luxurious. The only issue was that the self-parking was far away and the loading/unloading area got super crowded, so trying to get my bags in was a bit awkward."

"Bed was comfy! Kitchenette had oven knobs on the front of the appliance which was hard to keep toddler from playing with. There was also an adjoining door that may (?) have been painted shut- idk I still put a chair on the knob anyway. Walls were VERY thin- could hear neighbors tv all night. There’s also a huge gap in the door to the hallway from the floor. Fridge was cold and worked well. Most of the vending machines were out of drinks or drinks were HOT when they came out. A/C worked great! Overall, I wouldn’t return but this was booked as a last minute stay on a road trip."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we walked in, it felt like our home away from home.The balcony was hands-down our favorite spot. We spent hours out there every day watching the waves roll in, looking for dolphins and stingrays, drinking our morning coffee, and just soaking in the beautiful Gulf views. Some of my favorite vacation memories were made sitting right out there listening to the ocean.The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect too—close enough to restaurants, shopping, and fun things to do, but still peaceful when we wanted to relax.We came to get away from work, walk the beach, hunt for shells, and spend time together as a family, and this condo gave us the perfect place to do exactly that. Honestly, leaving this morning was the hardest part of the trip!Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We made memories we’ll be talking about for years!"

"This unit does not have any dressers in either of the 2 hall bedrooms - which each sleep 4 per room. There is no where for guests to place clothes, other than hanging. I don't think the unit was vacuumed prior to our arrival - there was already sand in the hallway and Froot-Loop cereal on the living room rug (we did not have cereal our entire stay). The couch was rather dirty when we arrived. The booking confirmation email I received indicated 11:00am check out. The day prior to our departure, Brett-Robinson texted stating it was a 10:00am check-out. When I sent them the email, they claimed they had no knowledge of that email and I needed to take up the issue with VRBO. VRBO sends out unit details as per unit owner instructions. Brett-Robinson was not friendly. Last summer we rented the same condo, different unit owner. That owner was amazing, unit was better furnished, we also had access to the hallway storage for beach items. Not sure we will rent from BR again."
