"Outstanding facility. View of the ocean from our balcony and from the second floor pool deck. Nice oceanfront park across the street with beach access. Plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. Every staff member was cheerful and accommodating. In particular Madison at the front desk and Brad at the hotel bar went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!"

"Staff was amazing. We had a room on the side but still saw the beach a little bit and that was good enough for us. Super easy access to the beach and clean. We didnt had their breakfast but had dinner and that was pretty good! "

"We had an overall average stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean, and daily housekeeping service was excellent, very consistent and thorough. The bellhop service was also good and professional. However, the ongoing construction on the hotel grounds was quite loud and became annoying after a while, especially during the day. It definitely impacted the overall experience. We also ordered room service one evening. It was inconvenient trying to locate the menu, even with the QR code system. We ended up ordering a hamburger, which arrived cold with soggy fries and was delivered in a styrofoam container. That was disappointing and didn’t feel like the quality you’d expect from hotel dining. Overall, there were some positives, but the construction noise and room service experience brought the stay down to average for us."

"Pros: The view was excellent. Room has everything we needed. Everything worked as needed. Cons:Housekeeping- Bed sheets had sand in them which means they were not changed out prior to arrival; Partial roll of toilet paper on arrival. Has to request more. Directions to set thermostat no lower than 73 degrees. That’s quite warm especially for Southern Alabama. Had to wash dishes and return to cabinets before departure. No detergent provided. Not sure why that wasn’t included in housekeeping fees. Old Mr. Coffee style coffee maker. Outdated appliances. Outdated furniture. "
