Lovely stay in quiet location

A lovely villa in a quiet residential location. The communication from the owners was perfect, always replied promptly to any questions we had. Lovely pool area and and electric awning to keep you in the shade outside. A lovely restaurant at the end of the road, the rest are a drive away. If you’re looking for a quiet stay in a villa suitable for all the family then give this a try.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette maison à Gujan-Mestras. La location est exceptionnelle : très bien entretenue, spacieuse et décorée avec soin. Elle est idéalement située, à proximité de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Les propriétaires sont à la fois discrets et très accueillants, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Une belle propriété TRES calme...

...parfait pour un couple comme nous qui avait besoin de repos, mais peut-être pas pour une bande de jeunes. Intimité garantie par des murs blancs tout autour, sans pour autant se sentir "enfermé"... Propriétaires très sympas et réactifs. A recommander !

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances parfaits dans la maison qui est très agréable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine pendant les grosses chaleur. La maison est très bien équipée et l'environnement est vraiment calme. Nous sommes proches de tous les commerces, restaurants ou locations de vélos. C'est parfait aussi pour toutes les promenades dans la région et proche d'Arcachon. Merci aux propriétaires pour cette belle maison que nous recommandons.

Family Holiday in Gujan-Mestras

A really lovely holiday home in Gujan-Mestras. The owners were extremely helpful and were available to help coordinate all issues. We arrived at Gujan Mestras train station and were picked up by the owner who drove us back to the property. The property was exactly what we needed; quiet, comfortable, modern and connected to things that our children could use and enjoy, beaches, adventure parks, bikes, etc. We were a group of 6 but it would still have been comfortable with 8. Lovely restaurants and fresh seafood everywhere, highly recommended.

Safe, secure and relaxing

We loved our stay here, the owners were charming, very helpful and welcoming. Prior to our stay, they had always responded quickly and considerately to our email enquiries. The villa is in a quiet area, not too far from amenities, lovely coastal walks and good restaurants. The villa and pool area are not overlooked and feel very safe and secure, great facilities and very clean and comfortable throughout. Many thanks for a great holiday.

Excellent accueil par les propriétaires, toujours disponibles si besoin. De parfaites vacances en famille, la piscine chauffée est de bonnes dimension et très agréable. Une région superbe et une villa à conseiller pour la découvrir. Un très bon accueil de monsieur et madame Teston et une maison très confortable. A noter un geste commercial, je dirai même plutôt amical suite à une panne de la pompe à chaleur de la piscine. Nous étions 4 personnes et nous recommandons cette villa de vacances.

Nous payons pour une piscine chauffée, mais elle ne l'est pas. La maison parait propre, mais elle ne l'est pas (vaisselle sale, vitres sales, poussière et mouchoirs usagés en papier derrière les têtes de lit, poussière sur les cadres, etc.. La vaisselle est depareillée, et seulement 3 verres à vin. Un des lit était cassé mais les propriétaires ne nous l'avait pas signalé. Sachant cela, les propriétaires n’ont fait aucun geste commercial, la caution nous a été rendue en décomptant les frais de ménage. Quelle ironie!

Nous avons réservés pour la deuxième année une semaine de vacances dans la villa . Très bon séjour, la villa etait propre . Il manque des verres à pieds car nous étions 5 il y en avait que 4 . Nous avons eu des soucis avec la machine à laver plusieurs reprises. ( impossible de l'ouvrir à la fin du cycle.) La piscine était fraîche en début de séjour . les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli .

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est grande et tout était propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont bien accueilli. Seul petit point négatif, la piscine n’était chauffée qu’a 25 degrés ( un peu froid pour les petits)
