Hôtel pratique, situé vraiment face à la gare de Guingamp, accessible en une minute à pieds. Au calme. Personnel agréable à la réception. Mais l’établissement manque cruellement de charme et ne correspond pas au standing habituel d’un trois étoiles. Chambre mal ventilée, décoration et équipements sommaires. Eau sanitaire manquant de pression et pas assez chaude. Petit déjeuner très moyen également.

Hôtel très sympathique mais bruyant, les gens qui y logent n'ont pas le respect des autres et mettent le bazar tôt sans se soucier des gens. La douche coule seule la nuit, un grand mystère mais surprenant en dormant. Sinon très bon logement, petit déjeuner avec du choix et copieux, accueil impeccable

Très contrariant!

Le séjour a très mal commencé. J'avais choisi de régler la facture sur place, choix que propose hotels.com. J'avais aussi ajouté un supplément permettant d'annuler la réservation jusqu'à la veille. N'ayant pas annulé, ma réservation était confirmée. J'ai appelé 3 fois pour avoir le code d'entrée (arrivée tardive prévue à 22h). La gérante a refusé de me le donner et exigé un paiement sur un lien (peu sécurisé apparemment car ma banque a refusé le paiement!). J'ai dû appeler Hotels.com (démarche très compliquée depuis la fusion avec Expédia) pour obtenir le code! Or j'étais successivement dans un avion, un bus, un train.. La gérante a apparemment été autorisée à utiliser la carte que j'avais saisie lors de la réservation. Ce n'est pas acceptable. Cet hôtel devrait être retiré du réseau Hotels.com ou bien accepter les conditions! car la réservation était garantie et aurait été réglée.

L'établissement est à côté de la gare ce qui est pratique pour prendre un train tôt le matin. Chambre spacieuse dans l'annexe de l'hôtel, literie confortable salle de bain pratique, déjeuner en buffet correct.
