"What a beautiful house! Gorgeous 16th-century craftsmanship with modern upgrades and comforts. Quiet, peaceful, and very private. As for the location, we couldn't have chosen a better spot in the Albaycin. The house is just around the corner from Plaza Larga, and everything we needed was within a two-minute walk: daily produce market, seafood shop, supermarket, butcher shop, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. It felt like a more local area, a little bit away from the tourist craziness. "A very spacious 3 bedroom house with lovely enclosed courtyard and sun terrace. Very well equipped. Lounge was very comfortable. There is parking in a nearby garage (make sure you are shown where it is and how to access). Very convenient and easy drive to Alhambra. We parked there on a couple of occasions and walked down to the city. Only a 7 euro taxi ride from city to parking (note: we were quoted 15 euros for the ride by FreeNow....they didn't turn up so we flagged a taxi down and it was half...

We wanted somewhere that was large and comfortable with lots of outside space - which is where we spend most of time in the summer anyway. We also wanted a place that was quite private and this place was perfect. The views are just incredible - we spent hours gazing at the Sierra Nevada mountains in the distance and the nearby hills full of olive trees....

"The house was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having the air conditioning and pool, especially since the weather was warmer that we were expecting. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the private off street parking. Gabriel was wonderful and very helpful"

"The shower head connection to the wall is unstable. The socket is loose and does not hold the shower head in position. The shower connection from the middle of the tub is impractical since it is in the way when trying to take a shower. Overall, place is very well designed except for the shower upstairs and downstairs against sloped ceiling... Not great for tall people. Also, upstairs tub is a slipping hazard when trying to work with the in the way shower head and connection."
