Everything about La Barbarie is excellent. The room, the food and the grounds were of the highest standard and the staff were amazing.

This is a lovely hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel provided excellent service,including free internet.the staff at reception and in the three restaurants were exceptional. We had a fish platter dinner each which included half lobster, crab, mussels,calamari and oysters with a salad for GBP20.00 each. Other meals appeared substantial and excellent value

Lovely area close to the airport & bus right by the gate to St Peter Port. If you want to explore the island a car is essential - can be a bit hair raising going along the narrow lanes & getting used to the lower speed limit.

Such a good feel generated by the friendly staff, absolutely loved our stay and will be back again soon.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are friendly and professional and the restaurants food is of a high standard for the prices charged. The Hotel itself has an old world charm that can’t be created in a modern establishment. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again .

Great location, just a 5 minute bus ride into the town. Good range of restaurants available and wonderful view.

The staff are fantastic, very polite, friendly and very helpful. We stayed 3 nights and loved our stay. The rooms are clean, good size shower and we had a small fridge in our room. We had dinner on our last night, food was lovely and well priced. We had breakfast 2 mornings, again perfect way to start the day. Centrally located, you can walk to everything. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel

This is a lovely, well maintained, clean and charming old style hotel, within easy walking distance to the ferry terminal, buses, shops, cafes & tourist information office. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.
