House overlooking the marsh and Guérande
Ground floor: entrance with separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer, large living room through an open kitchen A / E (stove, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, ...), Terraces East and West.
You will also find a bedroom with a double bed 140 overlooking the garden with an adjoining bathroom.
On the floor: a room with 2 beds of 90, a room with a double bed 140 and its dressing as well as a room of water.
Garden furniture, private access to the heart of the salt marshes.
You can reach the center of Pouliguen in 10 minutes by bike, the ramparts of Guérande in 17 minutes by bike, La Baule 13 minutes by bike.
