  • Welcome to this typical house, situated 2 km from the walls of Guérande, in a small village with a marsh adjoining garden, facing south, with a small view traict and the Church of Croisic.
    The house consists of:
    Ground floor: living room with fireplace and wood stove, open kitchen (dishwasher), dining room, bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
    Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 twin beds 80 and 3 of 90 beds including 2 bunk beds); bathroom with toilet.
    Garden (furniture: tables, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, deckchairs).
    We are at the heart of the salt marshes, in a quiet environment, close to the business center "salt of earth"; bike rides to the Pen-Bron, the coast, the beach (5 km), La Turballe ...
    Beautiful walks can be programmed: Batz sur mer, Le Croisic, Piriac sea, La Baule, Briere, and of course, Guérande

séjour au gite de queniquen

La maison est spacieuse et agréable.Elle est très bien équipée.Le village est très calme.Le propiétaire nous a conseillé pour les visites et les lieux à découvrir.Nous avons beaucoup aimé Guérandes la visite des marais salants.Les plages sont belles nos petits enfants ont adoré s y baigner. Le seul point négatif est que nous avons dû faire virer la caution de 900 euros( qui est encaissée )15 jours avant notre arrivée et qu Abritel ne la rend que 3 semaines après notre départ.
