"Great location and staff adequate, some helpful, some rude, but obviously skimping on basic room amenities, like soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue and linens. One tiny soap to use in both sink and shower, and when they “cleaned” the room they didn’t replenish, nor were emptied coffee cups removed. No pad and pen, no complimentary water or coffeemaker, no chairs on the balcony. Some simple comforts would have made all the difference, but when we return we’ll stay elsewhere."

"Property is located in the small Spanish Village of Les. Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafés, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. "Hôtel vieillissant. Peinture écaillée dans les couloirs, odeur d'humidité. Ménage perfectible dans les chambres: poubelle salle de bain non vidée, grille VMC salle de bain pleine de poussière. Plus rien au petit déjeuner en arrivant 45 min avant la fin. Plis de vienoisseries, plus de café, plus de jus d orange. Quelques tranches de brioche sèches sûrement de la veille voire plus. Malgré ma remarque, aucun geste commercial en compensation. Cela aurait été appréciable. "

"A fantastic stay in a beautiful home. Very well furnished, comfortable room. Hosts were extremely friendly. Breakfast was all homemade and very tasty. Thanks for a lovely stay, we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again"

"Reg and sue great hosts. Loved the room, great bed and bed linen which made for a very comfortable nights sleep. Extremely quiet as well. Breakfast was a joy with the other guests sharing their travel stories and sue providing brilliant service and oodles of good food and coffee. "

"Habitación enana sin espacio para moverte, dejada, anticuada, destartalada, sin mantenimiento ninguno. Un esquinero suelto dejado por las esquinas, las mantas tiradas dentro del armario, una balda de cristal del baño suelta y abandonada sobre el lavabo, los grifos sueltos giraban, ... un desastre. Que sea un hostal no quiere decir que tenga que estar como una pocilga. No era una habitación que mantuviese un mínimo de dignidad."

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...
