The property is very simple, the room had a very good hot shower and a good mattress. Just the quality of the linens that wasn’t that great. The breakfast was good.

The hotel appearance was very nice decorated with replica furniture, out side pool area was nice and it was very close to the beach which is always a plus. Unfortunately it was a trek to the supermarket and restaurants , breakfast was almost non exsitant ,nothing was replenished , two occassions we arrived 9ish an the choice for me was a bread roll and semi cooked scrambled egg which was well runny . When we arrived we was given a room upgrade they said because our room was upstairs,but was not given the option to look at it ,we then asked where the safe was ,so they bought one to the room which i couldn't even fit my 11 inch tablet . The safe wasn't fixed ,and for me not sercure. For £90 (630 reias) a night I felt robbed . As advertised on you site ,multilingual ,not true only Portuguise .

O local é muito bom, café da manhã com bastante variedades, piscina interna aquecida, a piscina externa não é aquecida. Quartos bom, a estrutura do quarto poderia ser melhor, mas pelo valor compensou Muitoooo perto da praia, tem parceria com o quiosque o que achei muito bom, pois não precisa alugar cadeiras, além disso tem 10% de desconto no quiosque da praia. Recepção, funcionários educados e prontidão, 24h a disposição dos hóspedes. Com certeza voltaria

Recomendo o hotel Balena, atendimento otimo, recepcao muito educada e prestativa! Eh perto da praia 2 minutos. Tenho uma sugestao: colocar telefone nos quartos para comunicacao com a recepcao. Ter explicativo como funciona a TV. Trocar o secador pois ele eh muito fraco, nem comecei a usar e parou de funcionar muito antigo! Nos demais quesitos estão de parabéns!

A experiência no hotel foi excelente, próximo da praia e avenida com mercados. Boas piscinas e bastante conforto no quarto e áreas comuns. Excelente arrumação do quarto e ótimas opções de PF para almoço e jantar, com bom preço e comida sensacional, que lembra comida de casa mesmo, além de ser sempre bem recebido pela extraordinária dona Rosa. Agradeço a todos por me proporcionarem dias tão agradaveis e já pretendo voltar logo.
