Cozy beachfront studio apartment 50m from the sea. Ouro Preto and Sabará

    ***** Fit studio newly renovated and decorated with everything new. ***

    ***** BEACH SERVICE: We have condominium staff available from 8:30 am to 5 pm at Pitangueiras beach, just inform the Apt number and the name of the building to make available on the sand 4 aluminum beach chairs and a guard sol ombrelone **** we also have a 32L cooler fit for guest use.

    ROOM: Double box bed, 4 new pillows with waterproof cover and closet with drawers and hangers.

    Living room: 1 double sofa bed, 2 armchairs that turn into single bed. Watch your favorite shows on a 32 ”smartv with 42 cable TV channels.

    KITCHEN: Frost free duplex refrigerator, 4 burner cooktop, microwave, all new cookware, table with 4 chairs.

    BATHROOM: with luxury shower, central heating, cabinet with sink and large mirror.

    The studio Apt has 40m2, well ventilated with large window with safety net, silent ceiling fan, with two windows in the kitchen.

    In front of Shopping Lá Plage, Carrefour, Extra, Dia and Pão de Açúcar supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, cafes, under the condominium is the best pastel of Guarujá, in front of the craft fair.
