Hotel com ótima localização e excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários. Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido, atende bem. Observação: o suco de laranja poderia ser natural (sem água e sem açúcar). Quartos: merecem uma repaginada, principalmente nos banheiros, e janelas, além de uma limpeza nos ventiladores de teto. Limpeza geral nas áreas comuns: ótima. Estacionamento externo excelente. Área da piscina: bem cuidada, mas deveria ter melhor iluminação noturna, pois é uma área bonita e agradável de se usar. Piscina poderia ficar aberta, pelo menos, até às 22hrs.

O ponto forte foi o café da manhã, muita variedade. Mas não recomendo a propriedade para quem quer ter uma boa noite de sono, o ar condicionado é daqueles antigos, parace que você está dormindo dentro de uma turbina de avião, por esse motivo não voltaria. Nos arredores, me hospedei em Hotéis no mesmo padrão com ar condicionado de modelos mais novos e menos barulhentos.

Agradável.

Tivemos alguns imprevisto com a disposição das camas, reservamos 4 camas de solteiro com 2 meses de antecedência, quando chegamos la havia 1 de casal e 2 de solteiro. Foi necessario solicitar 3 vezes para trocarem as camas e mesmo assim nos trocaram de quarto. O café da manha é bom, mas nos 5 dias que ficamos foi a mesma comida todos os dias. No mais, as acomodações sao boas, tv a cabo com todos os canais, pode comprar comida e bebida fora do hotel, piscina boa e atendimento bom.

Hotel bom, principalmente o chuveiro do lado da piscina, os preços das bebidas e comida caríssimo. A Praia de Enseada fraca, tudo caro, o pessoal de enseada estão vivendo do passado quando Guaruja era a melhor praia do Brasil.

Local horrível! Não volto NUNCA MAIS!

Desprezível! Atendimento dos gestores é péssimo. O Sr. Said (gerente) foi extremamente rude! Vi um rato saindo da cozinha e cruzando todo o restaurante, avisei o funcionário e nada foi feito. Avisei o gerente e esse "deu de ombros". Roupas de cama quase rasgando e tão usadas e travesseiros se desfazendo (peguei alergia no pescoço). * Se você duvida desse comentário, desejo realmente que você não acredite e vá visitar! Tenho certeza que na volta você concordará comigo. Quem sabe assim, algo seja feito pois o hotel está muito bem localizado. ** Devo dizer que os funcionários da recepção e da limpeza foram muito educados, muito prestativos e eles ficaram com vergonha da grosseria dos superiores. Eles fizeram de tudo para atender às reclamações mas os superiores jogam contra!

Poderia ter sido melhor,fiquei em um quarto com vista parcial do mar ,devido a chuva forte entrou bastante água no quarto até aí tudo bem ...mas eu não esperava ter que secar o quarto todo alagado ,sim não tinha ninguém para higienizar, veio um rapaz da recepção que não se identificou apenas colocou toalhas no chão e nos deu um rodo para puxar a água ,absurdo! Os lençóis manchados e toalhas encardidas,o edredom estava sujo . Café da manhã é bom ,porém as frutas e bolos ficam descobertos ,poderiam colocar um mosquiteiro nós alimentos devido ter muitos mosquitos no local.

Tem potencial!

Gostei bastante, mas acho que o hotel tem potencial pra ser ainda melhor! Meu quarto tinha alguns problemas que pontuei já no 1* dia e prontamente já resolveram. Só mesmo o telefone que ficou sem funcionar, mas pra mim não fez diferença. (talvez pro próximo hóspede faça, aí vão ter que consertar) Café da manhã muito bom! Excelente! Piscina também excelente! Localização perfeita! Atendimento também muito bom! Pessoal sempre presente, educado e pronto a ajudar! Vou voltar com certeza!

Hotel em localização excelente. Muito bonito e amplo. A limpeza do quarto poderia ser melhor. O sinal do wi-fi é muito ruim. No geral recomendo para uma estadia curta e sem compromisso de trabalho (home office). Voltarei outras vezes

Tivemos um pequeno probleminha de vazamento no banheiro e achei um quarto desproporcional com o espaço pra colocar uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro, mas nada tirou o brilho do Hotel.

L’hôtel est confortable mais manque d’entretien, les murs sont sales, la peinture date, les cofres ne fonctionnent pas, les supports de savon dans les douches était cassés. Le personnel est attentionné dans l’ensemble, la piscine située sur le devant de l’hôtel est dans un cadre très sympathique, dommage que le reste ne soit pas aussi bien entretenu Le était déjeuner est correct.
