Local de fácil acesso, perto da avenida que tem vários comércios e na rua do Aquário. Da para ir na praia a pé (4 quarteirões). O apto estava limpo, organizado, camas boas para dormir. Tudo ok. Recomendo e irei retornar quando possível.

Terceira vez que nos hospedamos nesse apartamento e tudo como descrito. Quando chegamos o apartamento estava limpo e organizado como das outras vezes. Como sugestão ao Sr. Ioshio, sempre cordial e atencioso nas comunicações, sugiro uma pintura nova e a instalação de internet. Nada que afete a estadia mas, no caso da internet, seria um atrativo principalmente para os hóspedes adolescentes.

Sem duvida foi a melhor escolha. Ótimo apto, bem equipado, tem tudo que precisa na cozinha, alem de camas super confortáveis. A limpeza não pecou em nada, tudo mto pratico e organizado. Excelente localização, tem tudo mto perto, e ate pra passar o dia na praia foi ótimo pois tem banheiro perto . O condomínio super seguro e fomos mto bem recebidos. Passei 4 dias com minha família neste apartamento. Do dia 29/01 á 01/02. Flogo de ínicio o Sr. Ioshio foi solicito e claro quanto as informações do apartamento. O apartamento fica mto bem localizado, perto de tudo. Quase nem usei o carro. Os funcionários do prédio são todos simpáticos e solicitos. O apartamento é muito mais gracioso que nas fotos, muito organizado e contém tudo necessário de utensílios domésticos. Eu e minha família adoramos tudo e com certeza retornaremos!!!
