"I have never stayed at this hotel before and I will 100% be returning. Super clean, fantastic finish and the bed sheets were so soft! Couldn’t fault a single thing. We stayed on a Saturday night (on floor 9) and you could hear a tiny bit of noise from local streets but did not disturb our sleep one bit. All staff were super friendly too. Fab location too. "The apex is a lovely hotel situation by the Quayside. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The staff are experienced and helpful. What lets the stay down was the lack of forward planning. For example, the hotel ran out of clean towels in the spa area, and the spa was over crowded. Similarly, there was an event on and queues began at the bar and restaurant. The tables were not being cleared during the event because there were not enough staff planned for the night."
