Perdemos a comanda de papel que meu marido havia bebido 2 cervejas, a funcionária do hotel nos fez voltar p procurar, mesmo informando quem nos atendeu e sabendo que ela poderia fazer uma ligação p resolver ! Pela distância tivemos que pegar a moto e ir até o chefe dos garçons que prontamente resolveu ! A má vontade nos fez perder a vontade de estar no hotel! As atividades durante a semana praticamente não funcionam pq tem poucos hóspedes . Muitos funcionários são bem...

"The rooms are small and minimalist, like most New York hotels. If you're coming to enjoy the city as a pilgrim, this hotel is like a bed and breakfast. If you're looking for a Hotel experience with pool, spa, etc this is not the proposal. The one thing I didn't like is that the mattress is a bit too hard to my taste. I will stay here again when needed, for sure. Everyone that served us was happy and went out of their way to do anything we asked. "

"At Ibis, you usually know what to expect ahead of time, but this one fell short of the standard expectations. Outdated building that feels ran-down and in need of renovations. Bathroom light didn't work and the towels they provided were so worn out, they hurt your skin when drying. AC worked and we slept comfortably. Breakfast was good and worth it."
