Very clean, quiet, has AC , front desk super nice, and it is in the city mall- you park inside the mall parking and they validate your park- parking is free and safe. They also have a great breakfast . Just off the freeway - via dutra- very convenient - new hotel. Would definitely stay again.

I would give the stuff and service 5 stars but there’s a recepcionista made me very uncomfortable … Eu Daria 5 estrelas para os funcionários e serviços mas por causa de uma recepcionista me deixou muito desconfortável eu deixei 4 estrelas. Caminho Religioso!

Gosto muito de estar neste hotel Ibis Lorena. Bem perto de Aparecida do Norte, loja Havan ao lado , um pequeno shopping ao lado tb. Café da manhã muito bom. Só os ar condicionados que precisam de uma boa manutenção. O gatilho que fazem a noite faz vc acordar de hora em hora. Fica a dica. Tem uma ducha perfeita.!
