"Excellent location for people travelling in from Hong Kong as within 10 min walk from train station. Room are slightly dated but still very good, Cleaners were very good and courteous considering we were always waking up very late and they never complained and ensured our room were clean when we returned. Special mention to the cleaners on the 20th floor on the 27th as we accidentally left one of iphones in the room when we checked out and didn't realize until 2 days later (it was an old spare phone) when we rang the hotel, the cleaning staff had handed it in to the reception and we were able to recover it. Also a special thank you to Cynthia at the front desk for allowing us late check outs and making our check in and check out so smoothly. "

"The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive away from ShenZhen international airport so it was pretty close. There's a large cafe/coffee bar with lots of comfy seats on lobby level so hanging out with clients/friends or working on laptop was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am happy with my overall experience at this hotel."
