My husband is in walking cane due to his back and the hotel has 3 flights of steps that he would have not be able to come up or down without pain. The lack of signage of the hotel means it took us 2 hours to find hotel. We called the hotel to let them know we are lost and please send someone out to find us. First attempt the young lady refused, then on the second call after still not being able to find hotel, a young man came out to find us , he was so supported and so understanding, this young man was just great help. We had to cancel due to stairs and no elevator.

The room was ok but the building as a whole is horrible. It’s a shared building and there are businesses during the day. But after 5 pm everything closes and the only floor that is “alive” is the 4th floor where the rooms are. When we came back the first night, the door on the street was locked and we had a hard time opening it, then when we got in, the stairs were completely dark my kids were very scared. Thankfully we found the switch to turn it on because it was really creepy. The stairs are in bad shape. There was no trash can in the room, no iron, no hangers, we had to ask for them, also the only mirror is the one in the bathroom, and it’s hard to get ready. Hot water in the shower was a hit it miss. When we stayed our room was the only one occupied, and it felt very weird to be there by ourselves. There’s nobody there to take care of business only through Whatsup

No cuenta con receptaclon, solo whatzapp pasamos 2 días sin aire y TV,.difícil que te presten control para aire y TV. No te dicen que tienes que subir 70 escalones, muy difícil. No vuelvo a ese hotel.
