The location was ok but the room for the price they want to charge was ridiculous everything look so old the worst was the bathroom the towels were very very old they don't even look white anymore we left we couldn't spen a single night in there was really bad, the only good thing about this pleace was the guy at the front desk he was very helpful!

El lugar se ve bonito de enfrente (el lobby) el cuarto también es cómodo pero le hace falta unas cosas. El lavamanos y el toilet estaban en malas condiciones y principalmente higiene, todo muy sucio incluyendo el baño completo y la carpeta. Puede ser un hotel muy acogedor pero le hace falta estas cosas principalmente la limpieza. Último punto, nunca pudimos llegar al hotel con las direcciones incluidas por expedía. Tuvimos que preguntar y finalmente después de caminar en círculos por 20 minutos pudimos llegar.

Pésimo hotel y pésimo cuidado de hotels.com

Pésimo hotel. Un robo. Es de máximo una estrella. Cuartos sucios, viejo mobiliario y sin mantenimiento. El baño es horrible y funciona mal. Mal olor. Ruido sin parar toda la noche. Es una estafa. Deberían supervisar que los hoteles cumplen con lo que prometen. La peor experiencia que he tenido en la plataforma.

La aplicación hotels.com no cumplió con las especificaciones por las que hice la reservación. Al llegar al hotel eran otras las instalaciones.,sin aire acondicionado,ni abanicos. El personal del hotel atentos y serviciales.

Tristemente éste hotel es la sombra de lo que fue en los 90's (o se quedó estancado en ésa época) si el dueño lee está reseña valdría la pena que tome en cuenta los siguientes puntos: - El estacionamiento huele muy mal - El lobby APESTA a cigarro y a orines - El elevador no sirve - No hay un sistema efectivo de reservas (llevan registro en una libreta) No lleguamos a la habitación porque todo se veía muy mal. En las condiciones en las que está actualmente ni siquiera el estar frente a la Alhóndiga lo salva.

They didn’t know about my reservation! Bathroom strong bleach smell made eyes watery and leave room fast.. towels different colors and stains .. no telephone in the room ! Tile on bathroom old and cracked... to much noise at night people drinking and singing at 3/ am no security to stop them ! Since no telephone have to go down to lobby and complain about it!

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at for at least the last 15 years that cost more than $30. I love traveling in SE Asia, China and Latin America, but I didn’t shower because I thought the bathroom was sketchy and gross. The location was great and the staff was helpful, but never again. Trust me, this hotel is not worth your time or money.
