Nice small hotel in a convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Was hot water but didn’t last for long. Had to rush in shower. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast at restaurant was good as was the service. Would stay here again.

Clean room, balcony in the room we had did not look like the picture on the website it was much smaller and no privacy towards the street the fence was a steel fence not like the picture. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and room was clean. It is at the end of downtown - it is a 10 minute walk to downtown. There is NO parking or valet. We went at a time when there was a festival 10/19 -10/21 and parking was very limited - we searched for approximately 30 minutes - we were able to park overnight at a hotel that 15 mins away.

Area was perfect, right in the center of the city! 2 minute walk to Mercado Hidalgo, and 5-10 minute walk to famous landmarks/museums that are located in the center. It felt safe and staff was amazing, very nice and helpful! Room was clean and well kept. However, AC did not work properly and water pressure was poor. Other than that, definitely recommend.

The cleaning lady was really kind! Her cleaning was good. The property itself needs care. Bathroom smelt like sewer gas. Most of them do, no P-traps. Balcony room very noisy from the outside street at all hours of the night. None of the doors are sealed good, you can see towards the hallway. And you can see towards the outside.

A terrible experience. The plaza outside was extremely noisy, and it continued into the night. There was almost no Wi-Fi signal in the room, and the front desk couldn't resolve any issues.

No air conditioning, only a fan to keep cool. No smart TV, room could have been more clean there was dust sections by bed headboard. Random cockroaches would pop out of nowhere not sure if there was a plumbing issue. Also carry cash, since property card terminal doesn't work, I had to pay cash at property since their cart terminal wasn't working.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena porque está en el centro de Guanajuato La limpieza del cuarto sin quejas todo bien y en orden El personal Muy atento y respetuoso en todo momento Lo único que no me encantó fue que para bañarse con agua caliente tenías que esperar mucho tiempo con la regadera abierta para que saliera caliente el agua de ahí en más todo estaba excelente

La habitación muy limpia, el personal muy amable, no tuvimos problema alguno con ingresar a nuestra habitación después de la media noche, no tiene aire acondicionado pero tenía un ventilador, muy céntrico el hotel, le doy 4 estrellitas porque para mí el único inconveniente es que el colchón se me hizo muy duro pero de ahí en más todo bien. Este hotel sería de mis primeras opciones.
