Property was lovely. Room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff were helpful, professional, and fantastic. The restaurant was top notch, the food was incredible, presentation beautiful, wait-staff were the best of the best - so kind, helpful, patient, and just the very best!

The property is beautiful and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the offer of tequila upon check-in. The only downside at check-in was that our room was on the fourth floor with no elevator, and lugging our luggage up the stairs after a long day of travel was not fun. The woman who showed us to our room offered to help, but I wasn't going to ask HER to lug my luggage... We also wished we could have had a place to enjoy a drink while we awaited our car service, but we were told the restaurant was undergoing a shift change (at 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon, right during the lunch hour...) and that would be impossible. Otherwise we recommend this hotel!

A Memorable Stay

The staff were good, efficient and friendly, with one major exception - when we expressed concerns about noise in our room, we were switched to a room they said would be quieter. In reality, that room was 10 times louder, so they agreed to move us back to the original room. The location is very central and close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area without hassle.

Perfect and Romantic.

Perfect location in city center. All tourist locations within walking distance. Advise using the free ear plugs they provide if you want to sleep without noise. Beatiful hotel and service. Would definitely book here again whenever we return to GTO.

La JUNIOR SUITE es una simple habitación sencilla que se compara a cualquier habitación de cualquier hotel de negocios, solo le llaman Jr. Suite para subir el precio. Es un cuarto normal con vista al pasillo donde todos te miran por la ventana con una TV vieja y tienes que subir tres pisos por la escalera cargando tus maletas. Lo único bueno es la ubicación en el centro de Guanajuato pero de ahí en fuera no vale lo que cuesta.

Una opción realmente comoda, con excelente ubicación en el centro de guanajuato a espaldas del teatro juarez. Hermosa decoración, excelente limpieza y servicio. Nos ayudaron en todo momento a conseguir taxi y opciones de spa. Su restaurante tambien muy rico, prueben su panaderia. Regresariamos!

Bonito pero muy ruidoso - imposible descansar

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y es bonito, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Buen restaurante -sobre todo el desayuno. Pero tiene un bar o antro en el sótano que toca música fuerte hasta la 1 o 2. El ruido llega directo a las habitaciones. Imposible dormir o descansar. Después del cierre del bar los empleados recogen todo oyendo música fuerte sin consideración para los huéspedes Pasamos toda la noche haciendo corajes y quejándonos al igual que otros huéspedes. El Hotel podría ser excelente pero no sabe cuál es su vocación: Es un Hotel boutique de lujo o un antro ruidoso ? Tendría que definirse

Un lugar super cómodo y bonito, excelente ubicación. Solo en ciertas habitaciones se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle pero ai logras descansar muy bien. La comida esta excelente. En el bar buen servicio y buenas bebidas.
