Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms are set up to accommodate up to 6 guests. Each room comes furnished with a bed, cotton linens, hangers, and a closet so there is room to properly unpack and settle in. Three full bathrooms - one per bedroom - mean no queuing in the mornings. A hair dryer is available, and towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are all provided before you arrive.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking - refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, bowls, cups, and silverware. Wine glasses are ready for an evening in, and the dining table is a natural place to gather for shared meals or map out the next day. One note for guests: cooking oil, salt, and pepper appear in the platform listing but are not currently stocked in this unit.

 

Work & entertainment

Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace mean you can stay on top of things when work travels with you. When you are ready to step away from the screen, the TV is there - or simply let the city skyline do the entertaining as Guadalajara lights up after dark.

 

Practical comforts

Self check-in via keypad keeps arrival simple - no coordination needed, just a door code and you are inside. The building has an elevator, and the unit itself is a single-level home with no internal stairs, making it easy for all guests to move around comfortably. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed throughout.

There is no dedicated parking space within the building. If you are travelling by car, nearby parking options are available subject to availability - just reach out and we can point you in the right direction.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.





It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.

-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.



In case you have a car: this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.
