Do not recommend this hotel
No hot water the last two days...the front desk refused to put a light bulb and there aas no light in the bathroom and I had to request a room change due to the AC. Will never stay at this place again.

Eco Guadalajara
Great stay as the Eco Guadalajara Hotel. The room was very clean and the receptionist and kitchen staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The buffet food was excellent quality. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

No sé hospeden. Servicio fatal y no garantizan nad
Pésimo. No me dejaron estacionar mi coche, me mandaron groseramente a una calle adelante, el personal de la noche muy grosero, no me dieron una toalla por cada persona, el restaurant lleno y no pudimos entrar que cerraban 10.30 aunque tenían filas para entrar desde 45 min antes. En el baño una cartulina en el techo para tapar un agujero y se despegaba con la humedad . No vuelvo, los empleados nada serviciales . Fatal

Just Like Home
We stayed at Eco Hotel two weeks ago to visit family in Guadalajara. We arrived in the middle of the night and I called a few days before to make sure they would not release my room to someone else. The young lady I spoke to over the phone was accommodating and directed me to the right person who made a note of our late arrival. When we arrived, Ana helped us check in and explained everything clearly, with humor and patience. It was a great start to our trip...all while feeling exhausted from a long flight and from carrying baggage for two young children. She made us feel like we were at home. Everyone at the Eco was amazing: the women in the kitchen, the valet parking attendants, the receptionists, and those who cleaned our bedrooms. I'd stay here again.

We have stayed here on all trips to Guadalajara. Its convenient and the breakfast is perfect for my needs. For trips where im not spending all my time in my room, this is perfect.
