Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. "The air worked well, the room was much smaller than the picture shows, bed was very firm, there wasn’t chairs in the room to sit. Coffee wasn’t available on site had to walk to a cafe, most were not opened at 7 am. Was not worth the price, could have done better at a motel 6"

"We were there for an awesome tour of the Agami Heron's and the Pacuare Reserve. The accommodations were good, with good screening for sleeping. The Hotel is located on the river, and the experience was very fun. The mosquitos can be daunting, but its the jungle, so expected. The Staff were informative, helpful and made the stay beautiful. The food was plentiful, but not memorable. Maybe a bit of seasoning"
