Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – nur 50 Meter bis zum Meer, in einer kleinen Bucht mit ruhigem Wasser, ideal für Kinder zum Schwimmen und Plantschen. Dank der Nähe konnte man auch ganz entspannt mit wenig Gepäck zum Baden gehen und zwischendurch schnell ins Haus zurückkehren, um etwas zu essen oder die praktische Gartendusche zu nutzen.Auch die Umgebung ist traumhaft: Entlang der Promenade erreicht man zu Fuß die Stadt, sei es für ein leckeres Eis, einen Spaziergang am Hafen oder ein gemütliches Abendessen mit Cocktail.Das Haus selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer hier selbst viel Zeit verbringen und viel Wert auf Details legen. Besonders toll: die vorhandenen Fahrräder, mit denen man die Umgebung noch besser erkunden kann.Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und herzlich, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Semaine de rêve à Gruissan, dans cette location parfaite. L'emplacement est idéal, à côté de la plage de l'étang. Les commerces ne sont pas loin du tout. La location en elle-meme est superbe, la cour est très agréable. La piece commune est bien aménagée, avec fauteuils, canapé, télé... Coin cuisine parfait avec un grand frigo et une partie congel. Salle se bain fonctionnelle avec le lave linge très appréciable.A l'etage 2 chambres petites mais suffisantes. Gros pour la climatisation, trés appréciable par ces fortes températures. Gros aussi pour l'équipement de cette villa, il n'y manque rien ! Et nous avons egalement apprécié les tres nombreux rangements. Bref, une location que je recommande

Sommerurlaub in Gruissan

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa Nr. 41, die alles hat, was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders zur Abkühlung genossen haben wir den unmittelbaren Zugang zur Lagune am Strand Grazel aus der Wohnanlage heraus.Die Schlüsselübergabe war flexibel gelöst und durch einen Zufall konnten wir ganz spontan um einen Tag verlängern, was die Heimreise ungemein entspannter gemacht hat. Vielen Dank für das Entgegenkommen ;o)!

Schöne Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt im September in der Nachsaison ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war wie beschrieben. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es gab sogar Schnakengitter in den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnraum über die wir froh waren. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (Bäcker, Intermarche, Restaurants etc.). Die Nähe zum Etang hat uns sehr gefallen.

Gite très bien équipé à 2 pas de la plage

Gîte de surface appréciable pour 3 personnes (dont 1 enfant) et très bien équipé avec un extérieur très sympa. Situé à moins de 100 m de la plage de Grazel (super pour les enfants) et à proximité des commerces et de plusieurs activités et restos : on peut presque passer ses vacances sans voiture !

Ein tolles Haus. Alles was für einen erholsamen Urlaub erforderlich ist, ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend, NICHTS fehlt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist nicht zu überbieten. Besser geht´s nicht!!!

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen in guter Lage

Sehr gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage von Gruissan, nur ca. 50 m bis zum Strand. Restaurants, Geschäfte und der historische Ortskern waren allesamt zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In dem Haus haben wir uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Die mit Gartenmöbeln versehene Terrasse sowie den Balkon haben wir bei schönem Wetter gerne genutzt. Der Kontakt mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern als auch der Verwaltungsagentur lief problemlos. Bei unserem nächsten Frankreichurlaub würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Superbe maisonnette tranquille à deux pas de la plage

Je recommande cette trés jolie maisonnette tranquille, très agréable avec sa cour intérieure protégée et très bien équipée mais aussi décorée avec bon goût. Gâteau sur la cerise: la plage est à moins de 100 m! Les commerces sont à proximité et la plupart des grands sites touristiques sont rapidement joignables vu que Gruissan se trouve à la croisée des chemins à la frontière du Languedoc-Roussillon. La seule chose que je recommanderais aux propriétaires serait d´installer l´air conditionné au moins dans les chambres à coucher car avec le changement du climat les étés seront de plus en plus chauds. Cette année il a fait trés chaud au mois de Juin où nous étions là pendant deux semaines et les nuits étaient tellement chaudes que nous avons souvent mal dormi....nous avons horriblement transpiré. Sinon tout a été parfait et la communication a bien fonctionné avec la personne qui nous a receptionné et qui était toujours joignable pour toute question ou problème.

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und behaglich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sie liegt nahezu unmittelbar am Strand und auch Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.

A quelques mètres de la plage et du port - Maison fonctionnelle et agréable. Chaînes TV en allemande. Draps non fournis mais location possible donc très pratique. Séjour hors été donc reposant.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben einen rundum schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Gruissan verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Es liegt sehr schön in unmittelbarer Nähe des Plage du Grazel, der lebhafte Hafen mit Restaurants, Geschäften & Co ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben ist auch der sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kontakt sowohl zur Besitzerin Frau Blasius als auch zur Verwalterin vor Ort, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet bzw Probleme behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
