Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Mauvaise expérience avec Foncia Gruissan
Ce petit mot pour vous faire part de notre ressenti à l'issue de notre semaine dans ce logement (location AY090-071).
Quand nous avons loué, nous ne pensions pas être déçu à ce point. Il semble que ce logement ne soit pas souvent loué et nous avons plusieurs griefs à communiquer:
Logement crasseux lors de notre arrivée
Logement sentant l'humidité (de là nous revenons au fait qu'il ne devait pas être souvent loué)
L'évacuation de la machine à lessiver était enlevée, ce qui fait qu'à la première lessive il y avait de l'eau partout
La bonde de l'évier de la salle de bain, que j'ai voulu fermer pour garder de l'eau, ne se rouvre pas à l'aide de la tirette, j'ai dû, en m'abimant les doigts, faire le nécessaire par le dessous de l'évier
La vaisselle est faite de bric et de brocs
L'ensemble de jardin mérite d'être remplacé
.....
Nous avons été faire part de notre mécontentement à deux reprises:
Le lundi 17 juillet
Le samedi 22 juillet lors de notre départ
Nous estimons sincèrement avoir été lésés avec cette location et espérons un geste de leur part.
Nous estimons qu'il y a un manque de sérieux et ne feront plus appel à leurs services.
Nous attendons un retour de leur part.
