    2-room terraced house 40 m2. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: lounge with veranda with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double sofabed. Kitchenette (3 induction hot plates, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), electric heating. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of lagoon. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
