"The front desk staff and room attendants were exceptional, to say the least. They were so accommodating, friendly, and efficient. Every encounter held with the employees was memorable. The dissatisfaction only comes from the property maintenance which has less to do with the employees, in my opinion, and more to do with the owners. The property is close to being deplorable. The elevator was inoperable, the “advertised” pool on the website is not usable, and the decor for the rooms seem to be ordered from the famous Temu. The pool had dark green water and trash floating in it. The maintenance for the entire hotel needs real work from third party companies who specialize in renovations. The stairwell situation is also a small issue. To access the stairwell on the right side of the building, you have to walk outside by the disgusting pool to get back inside to get to the second floor. The same stairwell I’m describing also has a leak from the ceiling. This property could be a gem in such a small area. It’s practically the only option. Instead of the owners treating it as a getaway for travelers/workers/patrons, it seems the thought process is, “Well this is the only option so take it or leave it.” The only memo I have is you catch more flies with honey."
