"I grew up in the area but had never had an opportunity to stay here before. Joanne was supper helpful and kind, obviously loves this lodge. Our room (#1) was spacious, and there were food offerings (in addition to our welcome gift of zucchini bread) across the street, and a few places nearby. Although close to the street, we found the rustic appeal of this lodge overwhelmed the noise of the traffic, that depending on where you stay in the lodge you might not hear at all. Will stay here again if given the opportunity. Joanne is the best!!"

"This property is atrocious, people lived in the house until the day before our stay which was booked in early March. The greeting coming in is a sign that says slow the fuck down then a pot plant and trash ,this house is not equipped with anything there was other peoples things in the house and people on the property entering the house while we weren't there, feeding cats on the back patio ,most of the time we were without water,the faucet in the tub was a i in pcv pipe with a nob to turn it off and on ,there was people in and out of the property at all hrs of the day and night ,I could go on and on about this property but I think you get the idea ,we were there for a wedding and it totally sucked that we couldn't find another option for somewhere to stay as everthing was booked ,this place is definitely not where you want to take your family."
