We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water. We couldn't let our dogs out of the house because the landlord's aggressive dog kept attacking, biting, and injuring them. We couldn't walk them. The landlord continued to let the dog run free...

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Absolutely gorgeous spot, beautiful rooms, super clean, and the friendliest staff. Inclusions and little touches like breakfast and a welcome fruit plate just push this hotel above and beyond all expectations. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to Giulianova Alta make it the best spot. We will be back!"
