We had to cone in a day early and i hastily Expedia a reservation only an hour before arrival. They worked with us to combine the two reservations and were very pleasant.

Very basic inn. Fine for us since we only needed a place to sleep. The room was dusty and everything was very dated & tired. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful though.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the lady helping check us in. The room was dated, bathroom was tiny and floor was not sturdy, drains were clogged in sink and shower, bug in the bathroom.

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but one could barely breathe the smell of the cigarettes. The previous guest didn't flush the toilet, we had to do that ourselves so we could use it. Dust was so obvious one could see it everywhere. I hope this was my last stay there.

Not a great stay.

This stay lasted 15 minutes at the most. There were stains of pen and something red on the sheets, it smelt very moldy in our room, and it was not bright or inviting inside the room. Felt very uncomfortable sitting on the furniture, and we did not spend the night there. We were given no partial refund even though we were in the room for maybe 10 minutes altogether. Very disappointed.

Room was absolutely disgusting with garbage in the corners of the rooms, hair in the bathroom/shower, sink didn’t drain, stained sheets, dead bugs, and the mini fridge wasn’t plugged in and smelled awful. Told management at the front desk and was given another room that still wasn’t the greatest but was WAY better than the first. Management was very nice and apologized repeatedly for the first room we were given and even gave us a partial refund but because we booked thru Expedia, it’s almost impossible to get the “refund” since we used a third party. Tried to contact Expedia by phone and their messaging service, but that was a complete joke because they couldn’t “find” our itinerary confirmation # or reservation for that matter. Lesson learned to NEVER book a nonrefundable room and to never book thru Expedia because there customer service is nonexistent.

This property is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and not very far from the casino. However, the interior was something else... there was visible dust in the lobby; the first room we entered smelled like urine, crayon markings on the floor and walls, the carpet, sheets, and curtains were stained, the bathroom had mold around its tiles and there was noticeable dust on the carpet and bathroom floor; the second room was slightly better, though it had a stench to it, the couch and desk chair were dirty and stained, the walls were visibly dirty, the sink, tub, side tables, desk, and small fridge needed to be wiped down, the tiles were molded, the floor to the bathroom needs a broom and mop, and the carpet needs a vacuum. During my stay, I wondered if this is what a 3.7 rating is worth, have the standards lowered? We decided to stay after we wiped and cleaned as much as we could, lit some candles, laid towels on the bathtub floor, and avoided being barefoot in the room. Without improvements, I would NOT recommend this place at all! :( I was surprised to see a cleaning crew in the morning... I hope that this review can allow for some much-needed training and the purchase of a good vacuum.

Lumpy mattress and scratchy sheets; tiny bathroom without a vent, so small you could not fit a waste basket in it; faucet that keeps falling apart; air-condition unit stuck at the side of the bed, freezing the person sleeping there and keeping the rest of the suite hot; the general ambiance of a church community room; and the best part - the smell of many years of cigarette smoke in a supposedly smoke free hotel. The only benefit - quick access from hwy 95.
