A warm welcome to this inviting, light-filled loft apartment, nestled within the historic charm of Hexenburg near Dresden. This spacious retreat, spread over two levels, is ideal for families, couples on holiday or small groups. With a total of 19 windows, you can enjoy a remarkably bright living space with sweeping panoramic views to the south and east, right into the countryside – relax and watch the hustle and bustle at our riding stables from above.

After an eventful day out, the apartment’s own sauna invites you to relax, whilst two gas fireplaces by the kitchen counter and in the living room create a cosy atmosphere. The idyllic location in the countryside offers the perfect retreat and is also the ideal starting point for trips to Dresden and Saxon Switzerland.



The Space:

This stylish holiday flat offers 85 m² of space for exclusive relaxation and a flexible layout that is perfectly suited to 6 to 7 people (or up to 9 guests, depending on arrangements and how well you know each other).

Check-in is simple and contactless via a key safe. Once you have completed the online check-in and uploaded a valid ID document, you are free to arrive at your convenience.

The holiday flat is situated on the grounds of Hexenburg, a historic four-sided farmstead near Dresden, offering plenty of nature, peace and quiet, and a unique atmosphere. Natural ponds, paddocks and extensive green spaces make this the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.

Getting Around:

Hexenburg is an ideal base for a variety of excursions combining nature, culture and historic towns. Many attractions and leisure activities are within easy reach.



• Stolpen Castle (approx. 10 mins)

• The historic old towns of Pirna (approx. 30 mins) and Bautzen (approx. 40 mins)

• Dresden with its Baroque old town, restaurants and trendy districts (approx. 40 mins)

• Hiking, cycling and climbing in Saxon Switzerland (approx. 30 mins)

• Lusatian Lake District Biosphere Reserve (approx. 40 mins)

• Day trip to the Spreewald (approx. 1.5 hours)

• Prague – the ‘Golden City’, reachable in around 2 hours

NOTES ON THE PROPERTY:

Hexenburg is a historic four-sided farmstead that is currently undergoing careful restoration. Some outdoor areas are still under construction.

The swimming pond is a natural body of water and not a conventional swimming pool. Water quality may vary depending on the weather, particularly during the summer months.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available to assist our guests every day from 8 am to 8 pm. In addition, there is usually someone on site at Hexenburg should you require assistance.

Riding lessons and trail rides can be arranged flexibly and at short notice directly with the riding instructor.
