For the 1st time on Porticcio, your accommodation with an original VINTAGE / INDUSTRIAL decoration to enjoy the most beautiful beaches of South Corsica. Air-conditioned accommodation. The property is located under the owners' villa without any nuisance or opposite.
It has a lighted terrace with its 10m2 bbq not overlooked or joint ownership. A large picture window gives you the light of a beautiful T2 of 35 m2 with very neat decor for 3 people maximum with a closed sleeping area which has a large mirror cupboard with a 140 cm bed (dunlopillo), a bathroom (grohe taps) with washing machine, towel dryer, its fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, hood, hob, microwave with dining area.
Its living room with wall-mounted TV which has a 90 cm sofa bed for 1 person. This accommodation has been designed with high quality materials with particular care.
For WEEKLY rates it depends on the season: PROMO because accommodation just finished off season from October 1 to April 1: 350 €, May: 400 €, June September: 450 €, July: 700 € and August: € 800 promotional rates in July and August.
THIS RENTAL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS ... it is located on the north side at orientation level.

Nous sommes restés une petite semaine dans ce logement, accessible et assez proche du centre de Porticcio. Attention, il vous faut un véhicule car ce logement est à 5 minutes de route dans les hauteurs. Note: ce logement n'a pas la vue mer. Bon accueil par le propriétaire. Très propre, très calme, le logement est situé dans un lotissement fermé. Bon équipement général, mais, détail, il manque la machine à café espresso.

Location bien aménagée. Mais avec deux problèmes majeurs. * Wifi non fonctionnel alors que l’annonce le stipulait. La propriétaire a changé le routeur en milieu de semaine. On a pu en profiter 2 jours pour une location d’une semaine !!!. * De par sa localisation, la location est implantée en lieu et place d’un garage. Le logement n’est pas assez aéré et il y règne une odeur de moisi permanente. Au bout d’une semaine, nos vêtements étaient humides. Cela est très désagréable. La propriétaire ne nous avait pas prévenus. Nous avons ressenti un dédain de sa part quand nous lui avons fait la remarque. Ce dernier point est rédhibitoire. Nous ne recommandons pas cette location.

Un petit studio parfait, très bien équipé et très bien agencé. Au calme, voiture indispensable pour visiter la région qui est splendide. Un très agréable séjour pour une première fois en Corse

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances corses. Encore merci à Francesca pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. La location est vraiment top avec tout le confort qu’il faut, décorée avec énormément de goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien rapidement, au calme et dans la verdure. Proche du centre de Porticcio, des belles plages et de toutes les belles villes corses à visiter sans modération (Ajaccio, Corte, Cargese, Piana, Propiano, Sartene…) Un véhicule est cependant indispensable. Tout est fait pour y passer d’excellentes vacances. N’hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne le regretterez pas. Je recommande vivement et nous y retournerons bien volontiers. Encore merci francesca.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und sehr sauber gehalten. Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühle, Liegen und Grill, top. Parkplatz direkt davor. Negativ wäre zu erwähnen, dass es keine "Bedienungsanleitung" für die Wohnung gab, d.h. kein Lageplan, wohin mit dem Müll, wo geht`s zum Strand usw.? Wlan war schwach oder zeitweise nicht vorhanden. Im Großen und Ganzen wieder eine Reise wert.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre location, décorée avec goût. La literie était parfaite et la prestation linge est très correcte. Le domaine est silencieux, même si la route n'est pas très loin. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil.
