100 m from a sandy cove and 500 meters from restaurants and all amenities, beautiful apartment with terrace and sea view. Renovated by a decorator (Nini CACAVELLI), it has great amenities, air conditioning, private parking, refined decoration, Wireless.
It offers a landscaped park composed of shaded and lawned areas and a different sunset every evening.
The apartment has a covered terrace with sea view and perfect sunshine thanks to its western exposure.
It includes: an entrance hall, a separate toilet, an open, over-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, extractor, washing machine, microwave), a living room with convertible sofa opening onto the terrace, a bedroom, a bathroom water and a large dressing room. The beach of Porticcio and all its shops on foot in a few minutes, as well as the thalassotherapy of SOFITEL and the spa of RADISSON.

Beautiful apartment and great location!
We stayed at this very cozy, beautiful apartment with a wonderful sea view and gorgeous sunset seen from the balcony! Jonathan was a great host always available to answer any questions. There is a very beautiful and almost private beach within 5 minutes of walking. There are many restaurants near by within 15 minutes of walking. We enjoyed every moment and hope to be back soon !

Un excellent séjour
L'appartement est bien aménagé et très agréablement décoré, et conforme à la description et aux photos.
Il est très agréable de profiter de la plage à cinq minutes à pied, une plage fort belle et peu fréquentée.
Jonathan est un hôte très attentif et de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région.
Seul bémol, la route qui passe au pied de l'immeuble.
