In the center of Marina di Grosseto, 50 meters from the sea, it is proposed for weekly rent, a three-room apartment on the first floor in a newly built building. It is accessed by going up the shared stairs and consists of a living room with kitchenette with sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom and two large equipped terraces. It is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher etc. and a parking space in the condominium courtyard. We guarantee maximum cleaning of the apartment upon delivery.
