Seven days later, when I arrived, the situation completely changed. The hotel suddenly requested an extra $100 security deposit because I have a service dog. They claimed that even though the hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, the specific room I rented was not pet-friendly and there might be “extra cleaning.” When I showed my service dog’s proper identification, it got worse — the $100 deposit suddenly became a $200 total deposit. I was then refused access to my room unless I paid it. This happened during an orange-level hail storm, meaning my only alternative would have been to drive another two hours in dangerous road conditions to find another hotel. It raises a serious question: if a wheelchair rolled through the same snow that my service dog’s paws walk through, would that guest also be charged an extra deposit? If you travel with a service dog, get everything in writing. Unfortunately, what is promised over the phone may not be respected when you arrive. "

"A very sweet motel. Cute little balconies overlooking the pool from the room. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff was very understanding when we needed to check out a couple days early. A refund was processed in a timely manner. The mattresses and pillows could be more comfortable. Locais 10 minutes from Levi Ferry terminal going directly to old Quebec city. 8$ to park for the day at the terminal. It is really the best way to get around the limited parking in old Quebec city."

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très propre et confortable, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le déjeuner était complet et délicieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement quelques minutes des chutes Montmorency à Québec, ce qui est super pratique. "Hi! I just wanted to bring to your attention that this hotel was really not great. It is very "tired". the lobby was very smelly when we walked in and looked dirty. the room smelled good but everything is so old and patched up. I took picutres of a few things ie: -wallpaper in the bathroom not a great idea especially if it is already coming off the wall in most places (which was bound to happen sooner than later). - the grout used in the bathroom was stained by little mold spots. I have pictures of paper towel before cleaning and after ,,,getting black -very dirty corners and joints in the bathroom -all the air vents where filthy and had not been cleaned in months. etc etc 18 hours ago I understand that it was after spring break and you were probably busy but you did take the reservation and got paid for it ... therefore the place should have been cleaned. some things are beyond fixing, just need a total revamp in the bathrooms (at least the 602 one). ah! I do not remember the last time I had a hotel bathroom that did not have a fan...the mirror was foggy for 30 minutes after a short shower Really not impressed and you came recommended by people that had been years ago. obviously all went down the drain after. I would find it very very hard to recommend such place today."

"Rooms were clean a little dusty. Shops and restaurants nearby walking distance. Only thing that we found unpleasant was that we pay for valet parking and we had to go park our own cars 1-2 blocks away in the cold and rain. "
