"Check in ab 13 Uhr war möglich, jedoch wurde uns erst ein anderes Zimmer als das gebuchte Superior-Zimmer (und bereits bezahlte) zugewiesen. Auf Nachfrage gab es das gebuchte unterm Dach. Wenn die Tagestemperaturen über 32 klettern hält man es dort nur aus, wenn die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Das tat sie nur für 30 Minuten, dann stieg sie aus. "We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "

"Excellent location, beer garden is so/so. Didn’t use the restaurant as it was on the expensive side and we found better value away from the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor in the neighboring property but had take 2 lifts to access so not very convenient. Breakfast was $20 Euro if paid in advance or $25 morning of, if you are an early risers than I recommend as nothing is open before 9am accept for 1 bakery. Parking is good but need to book well in advance to secure free spot otherwise $8 in the public space for 24hrs outside the city walls and 500m back to the hotel. Would I stay again? Yes but there are many choices and in more quiet areas of the town."

"Our stay at the Adler in Schwäbisch Hall was absolutely wonderful and truly one of the highlights of our trip so far. The hotel was charming, welcoming, and full of the warmth and character that makes these small German towns so special. What we loved most was the location — right in the middle of all the action, surrounded by the beautiful old town, historic buildings, shops, restaurants, and the incredible atmosphere of Schwäbisch Hall. Everything was walkable, lively, and full of charm, making it the perfect place to stay while exploring the area. We ended up eating all of our meals at the hotel because the food was so excellent. Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and made us look forward to returning each evening. And the complimentary breakfast was absolutely divine. There was an incredible variety including eggs, bacon, sausage, assorted meats and cheeses, fresh breads from a local bakery, jellies, pastries, coffees, juices, and so many thoughtful touches that made each morning feel special. The hospitality throughout our stay made us feel genuinely welcomed, and the Adler became such a memorable part of our experience in Schwäbisch Hall. We absolutely loved it and would gladly stay there again."

"I went for a higher level of room and it was fantastic 101 Very modern and to a high standard. Ac worked really well. The food was very good here and the bar staff amazing!! Ive stayed in Germany many times and this is the best hotel ive been too. The bar area and restaurant are dated, i assume how modern my room is, the hotel is having a revamp."
