"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

"Sehr offene und freundliche Gastgeber mit einem super lieben Hund, der sich sofort mit unserem Welpen angefreundet hat.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und die Küche bietet alles, was man zum täglichen Kochen benötigt.Den Abend haben wir im Liegestuhl ausklingen lassen und dabei das Hof-Treiben/ Training der Pferde beobachtet und sehr genossen. "Fintel is rural on the outskirts of the Lüneburg Heide. The area is beautiful and ideal for walks and bird watching. Frau Anker is an excellent host and the accommodation is as described and met all our needs. There is great attention to detail and many little extras including doing our washing at no extra charge. Only small gripe was the required £50 cleaning fee which was not advertised up front. Highly recommended."
