Worst ever experience in last 5 years.
My room was not so clean, wall papers already started coming out. bed lines were already at last stage life, must be changed. lots of stain on quilts. option for breakfast were limited, service by support staff was lowest level, we had to remind 2-3 time for even getting warm drinking water.

Good Place to stay
It’s always good to stay here, comfortable rooms and good service. Only thing matters is lifts are not managed well. Breakfast time it was too crowded, must find bigger space.

One of the best hotel to stay in Solo

Hotel with convenient location
Nice and luxurious hotel with all the amenities. Unfortunately, if you stay here for family vacation you from won't feel comfortable. Hotel is packed with hundreds people everyday from the 1st night we stayed until we left (1 week). From festivals, events, weddings, seminars, workshops , etc. The elevators are very slow because they are packed with tons of people all the time. I have to take stairs down because it's faster than waiting for the elevators. Breakfast area are always jam packed with hotel guests from all those seminars, workshops , etc. It's not comfortable at all for us who want to relax and enjoy the morning breakfast. Loud noise and super crowded hotel are on every area , lobby, restaurant, parking, etc. Location is strategic, next to the luxury mall, The Park Mall and nearby Hartono Mall , and there are plenty of small and big restaurants and stores nearby. But the lower income housing were behind the hotel, make it not a nice view, when my husband and son were getting ready to jump onto the pool, there were smoke of burning the trash from people live in those houses.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed
This hotel is worst hotel since I have ever stayed for 5 years of travelling all over the world and stay more than 70 day in a year. (I have stayed totally more than 400 night)I strongly do not recommend you stay here.And I have decided not to stay only this hotel but also this chain hotel. The reason why I do not want to stay this hotel anymore is 100% come from reception staff.The problem is reception staff attitude and education level.They do not have neither responsibility and hospitality. First,you have to wait for several min for checking in because I do not know why they need to check so many things and get visitor wait so long.And they seems not to feel sorry.In other normal hotel,all we have to do is just show our ID such as passport and it will be done but this hotel is not. Next, I would like to tell you their hospitality.At the night ,somehow I booked wrong date and need to re-book.Reception said there were several room were available so I requested them to change. In fact,I did same thing for before 2 times, but reception were quiet helpful and easily to change the booking.Because I knew that,I requested them again and again but they told me just"NO". They were about to get me double payment but I noticed it so it can be stopped. I had to call this website customer service and off course , it can be changed.I lost around one hours , even I was so tiered after finishing one day working and moving from other city.

朝食会場がすごく混んでいて、料理をとって待つ羽目に。その後空席をとって着席できた。入場制限するとか、何時から何時まで混むとか、次回からは欲しい。 フロントや部屋のアメニティなどは不満なし。ただ、ミニバーについては、使用の有無を聞かなかったら、冷蔵庫が使用できる。使用しないと答えると、鍵がかかり、隣のスーパーで買い物しても冷蔵保管できません。

Its a 4 star hotel but the mentality of the staff is a 1 star or no star hotel. Once you book and pay the room through hotels.com. The hotel is sending you an email that your creditcard needs to be verified and not indirectly guaranteed your stay. You will have to fill-in an additional form where u need to fill in all details re your creditcard. I called hotels.com and complaint about this. I even contact my bank why ny creditcard was not able to verified. It is a shock if u find out if you already paid that the booking is cancelled because your creditcard. At the end after our complaint we found that this hotel has his own rules about creditcards, we will make an official complaint about this. If you ever book this hotel and you encounter the same issue as above. Ditectly contact customer service of hotels.com. Further about the hotel, the room is tidy and big. But the breakfast during the weekends looks like a big bazaar where u have no privacy as you sit at 1 round table wii other people. We didnot like this kind of standard for a 4 star hotel. The room again is good, but the system management needs to change from top down.

호텔 자체는 좋으나 운영은 좀.....
우선 The Park 쇼핑몰 바로 옆이라 주변 편의시설을 좋습니다. 그리고 호텔 자체도 깨끗하고 방도 크기도 적당하고 좋아요. 단 내부 서비스와 시설문제가 있네요. 우선 엘리베이터가 불편합니다. 수량은 충분한것 같은데 운영이 좀 별로인듯해요. 특히 아침, 저녁 시간에는 한번 타려면 10분 이상 기다리곤 합니다. 조식 레스트로랑 및 편의 시설은 항상 사람이 많아서 이용하기 불편해요. 결정적으로 아쉬운건 세탁물이 분실됐는데 찾지 못했습니다. 분실에 대한 보상도 없더군요. 그리고 원래 계획된 일정 보다 1일 일찍 체크 아웃을 했는데 수수료를 제외하고 환불을 요청했지만 환불 불가하더군요. 이부분은 저희 잘못이라 어쩔수는 없지만 아쉬운 부분입니다.
