Awell-appointed villa, 2 km waliking from the beach and 2 minutes from the dunes. The 1st floor are 3 bedrooms, ome with a 2-persons bed, one room with one bed and a room wth 2 beds apart. Downstairs is a bathroom, a toilet and a well-appointed kitchen. Also a DVD-player, dolby surround system and internet provider. According to dutch classifications **** star villa. In the surrounding you can walk to the baker, the pub, the butcher, the supermarket and very coasy restaurants and a bike rent company. The villages in the surrounding are full of artists like painters and sculptors, and famous towns like Alkmaar and Amsterdam, Volendam. Possibilities for golf, tennis, swimming and fishing, biking and kitesurfing, even horsriding. It is also possibly to take a small dog , but before that, give us first a call. There is also a fireside and we'll give you a basket full of wood for the first night. Ofcourse teher is also central heating. Beside teh house there is a garden from 5 to 8 meter .

Beautiful and cozy house

The tastefully furnished house is very well located in a nice and calm neighborhood. The landlords are very nice and friendly. We will come back!

Ein toller Hollandurlaub in Groet - immer wieder gerne

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Hanneke und Frans in Groet war wunderbar. Wir waren zu Zweit mit Hund dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Ort ist sehr symphatisch und ruhig mit schönen Restaurants, einem Supermarkt und Fahrradverleih ganz nah an den Schoorlse Duinen.Hanneke und Fran sind supernette Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder - vielen Dank für alles !

Das Ferienhaus ist ideal zwischen dem idyllischen Ort Groet, dem weitläufigen Dünengebiet und den tollen Stränden gelegen - auch als Standort für Ausflüge nach Alkmaar, Den Helder/Texel oder Haarlem super geeignet. Das Haus und der kleine Garten sind geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. In den drei Schlafräumen und dem großen Wohnbereich kommt auch eine große Familie bequem unter. Die Lage an der Straße haben wir nicht als nachteilig empfunden. Der große kostenfreie Parkplatz mit Lademöglichkeit in der Nähe ist ein Pluspunkt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Schöner Ort in fantastischer Landschaft

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Vermieter sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage an sich und die Nähe zum Strand sind super, der Verkehrslärm der benachbarten Straße allerdings doch mehr als erwartet. Auf der alten Sitzbank im Schlafzimmer haben wir Holzwürmer gesichtet. Der Vermieter wurde informiert und hat bereits Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung ergriffen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Zum 2.Mal haben wir eine schöne Woche in Groet verbracht, die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die meiste Zeit haben wir Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad unternommen durch die schöne Dünen-Landschaft, ans Meer oder die schönen Dörfer u. Städte in der Umgebung. In der Nähe ist ein Dorfladen und einige Restaurants. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier mit unseren vier Kindern einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Urlaub verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat genug Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. In Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut und herzlich - vor, während und auch nach dem Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für einen schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt in Eurem tollen Haus! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Urlaub in Groet

Der Urlaub in Groet hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Landschaft ist bezaubernd, die Dünen wunderschön. Der Strand war trotz Hochsaison nicht überfüllt, was sehr angenehm war. Groet ist auch ganz hübsch, ein Spar ist vorhanden, für mehr fährt man ins nahegelegene Schoorl (Jumbo, Kruidvat). Parken konnten wir auf dem nahegelegenen kostenlosen Parkplatz, der aber oft voll belegt ist (Auto am besten stehenlassen). Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit dem Blick fürs Detail. Alles war ausreichend vorhanden, und man hat sich fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße gelegen (Route zum Strand). Dies sollte man bedenken, wenn man Ruhe auch außerhalb von 0 bis 7 Uhr sucht. Den Ablauf der Dusche sollte man (bei Vollbelegung) 1-2x wöchentlich selbst reinigen, da sonst das Luxus-Bad überschwemmt wird. Der zunächst freundlich wirkende Vermieter war bis zu unserer Abreise sehr zuvorkommend und stets auf unser Wohl bedacht. Jedoch empfiehlt es sich dringend, Schonbezüge oder zusätzliche Decken für die waschbaren weißen IKEA-Sessel (und die Bettlaken!) mitzunehmen, wenn man vorhat, diese auch zu benutzen. So kann man horrende Schadenersatz-Forderungen und eigentlich unnötigen Ärger mit dem Vermieter im Anschluss an die Reise vermeiden, der einem den Urlaub im Nachhinein noch verleiden kann Leider werden wir aufgrund dieser Umstände nicht noch einmal in dieser „Luxus-Villa“ Urlaub machen.

Perfect stay

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Frans und Hanneke waren sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich und die Lage war super. Im Ort gibt es drei schöne Restaurants und es gibt einen wunderschönen Fußweg durch die Dünen direkt zum Meer.

Immer wieder eine Freude

Wir waren nun schon zum 3.Mal dort und haben es jedes Mal sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und ist sehr gemütlich. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt für einen aktiven Urlaub (Fahrradfahren, Wandern in den Dünen, Strand).

Familienurlaub

Vielen Dank Hanneke und Frans für die Zeit in dem geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Haus. Auch das Dorf hat uns ausnehmend gut gefallen, wenngleich der Aufenthalt im kleinen Vorgarten des Hauses eher nicht zu empfehlen ist, da die am Haus vorbei führende Straße stark befahren ist. Aber in sehr wenigen Minuten ist man in wunderbarer Natur!

Herrliches Ferienhaus in Groet

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Haus mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. On top: beeindruckende Bücherwand, hübsche Deko/Kunst und Sitzplatz im Freien. Die Lage (an der Hauptstrasse des kleinen Ortes Groet) ist prima, fußläufig zu diversen Restaurants und einem Supermarkt, ebenfalls nicht weit zum Strand und um die Ecke vom Dünenreservat. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke an Frans und Hanneke, die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist der das sie direkt an einer Straße liegt, was uns als erwachsene jetzt aber nicht gestört hat.

Dankeschön

Super, hat uns allen gut gefallen. Das Haus war ordentlich und sauber. Die Gegend und die nähere Umgebung sind einmalig. Ich hätte nicht gedacht solche Hügel (Dünen) in Holland zu finden. Schönes helles Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes helles Ferienhaus mit genügend Platz, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, schönes Badezimmer. Supermarkt, Restaurants und der Fahrradverleih in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, ohne Fahrrad wären die Wege zum Strand etwas weit, aber auch machbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und nett.

Gemütliches Haus

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus in einem tollen Ort. Zentrale Lage, Geschäfte und Lokale liegen in der Nähe. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter vor Ort. Die zeitweise sehr verkehrsreiche Durchgangsstraße zum Strand stört den, der Ruhe sucht.
