"Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Noord-Holland. Einrichtung und Service top. Gepflegtes Ferienhaus, nette Vermieter! Gerne wieder! Super Radwege zu verschiedenen Stränden, angenehme Ortsrandlage. Trotzdem per Fahrrad schnell im Nachbarort Schoorl zum Einkaufen."

"The property is not even close to its description. It was nosy when we arrived and cannot be seen as private as it is overlooked from close properties on all sides. It was dirty and the "beech art" clearly smelled of rotting. In summary this is not designed to be rented. I would give it zero stars if I ould "

"This home was perfect for us…two retired couples, traveling from Texas. The home was comfortable, it had nice amenities, and was perfectly located for all of our activities. Less than an hour from Amsterdam, 45 minutes from Keukenhof, an 11/2 hrs from Giethoorn, an hour from Gouda. The town center is close by, with great restaurants and grocery markets."

"Ein super schönes, geräumiges Ferienhaus, welches bestens und liebevoll ausgestattet ist. Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Wir waren mit 8 Personen und einem Hund dort und es führt nicht zu Platzproblemen. Sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch für die kleinen gibt es sehr viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Als Großfamilie verbrachten wir eine sonnige, erholsame Woche in St. Maartenszee im Hause Karekiet von Pieter Houdewind. Wir wurden freundlich und familiär begrüßt. Mit der Ausstattung waren wir super zufrieden, alles war bestens vorbereitet. Von der Lage und der Nähe zu den Dünen und zum Strand waren wir begeistert. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. "The property is clean, modern and comfortable. The living area is light and airy with a cosy ambiance. There are useful features including a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a second toilet downstairs. Location is very good. The seaside town of Egmond Aan Zee is only 20mins walk and has some nice restaurants. There is a supermaket only 5mins walk away. It is a good location to explore the North Holland region. The hosts are friendly and quickly answered our questions."

"Huisje was ver onder de maat. Vloer plakte boven, oude ballonnen, afwasmachine stond nog vol, spinnenwebben in de keuken, kapotte nachtkastjes, melder ging constant af na douchen. Veel polen rondom huisje qua geluid en vaag gevoel. Niet voor herhaling vatbaat"

"My family stayed over the Christmas Holidays in 2023 and the home was everything we expected and more, and the host was absolutely marvellous ! There was an unexpected issue at the start, and the host fixed it immediately !! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE !!"

"Die Sauberkeit des Ferienhauses ließ zu wünschen übrig, sonst war das Haus schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein deutsch. Wir hatten um einen Late Check out gebeten, dieses war nur für maximal 2 stunden möglich und sollte 35,- € kosten!!! Wir sind daher einen Tag früher abgereist um uns den Stress am frühen Morgen zu ersparen!"
