Sehr unfreundlich

Bevor wir das Hotel gebucht haben, haben wir uns auf der Website informiert, ob man ein Covid Zertifikat benötigt. Auf der Website stand nichts dergleichen. Im Hotel angekommen wollte der unfreundliche Herr an der Rezeption uns nicht reinlassen weil ich kein Zertifikat (2G) hatte. Das Geld wollten sie mir aber auch nicht zurückgeben…Ich konnte lediglich einen negativen PCR Test zeigen. der Herr meinte, dass ich hätte anrufen sollen und mich informieren müssen ob das Hotel eine 2G Regelung hat. Nach einer unangenehmen Diskussion durfte ich schlussendlich das Zimmer betreten. Ich durfte mich jedoch nicht in der Lobby aufhalten oder irgendwo sonst… Das Zimmer war etwas älter eingerichtet. Das Bad war in einem schlechten zustand und sehr sehr alt. Die Aussicht war jedoch schön, es hatte einen grossen Balkon und das Bett war bequem. Ich werde jedoch niemehr einen Aufenthalt hier buchen und würde es auch niemandem empfehlen der auf Freundlichkeit wert legt.

A bit away from town centre but nice view

I was there only one night for a ski trip with my daughter. The hotel is a bit up the road from the town centre, but there is a nice view towards the famous Eiger North Face. Room was quite OK and reception staff was very friendly.

Die Sicht auf den Eiger ist einmalig. Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar - liegt direkt bei einer Bushaltestelle. Wir haben ohne zu fragen einen Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten. Preis-/Leistung hervorragend und sehr freundlicher Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel sehr gut empfehlen.

Déception malgré la vue sur l'Eiger

Chambre propre et vaste avec balcon, canapé lit pour les enfants peu confortable, cassure au niveau du dos! Peu d'entretien autour de l'hôtel (ex. terrasse), accueil insatisfaisant ou explications peu claires... pas de petit déjeuner, avant 7h30 pour les marcheurs!! En lieu et place un box avec sandwich de pain toast (pas toasté! moutarde), Yogourt, barre de céréale, pomme et un capri-sun!! Le café pas avant 7h15, le personnel arrive à 7h00!

Pleasant Surprise

Absolutely wonderful experience. Was simply looking for nice place to rest halfway between designated vacation points, but found so much more. Warm welcome by owner and staff. Such a great experience, planning a longer stay in the near future.
