Greytown Farmhouse in the Heart of the Wairarapa
- Welcome to the Greytown Farmhouse - a recently renovated farmhouse in the heart of the Wairarapa. The Farmhouse is a ten minute walk into Greytown and close to Martinborough, making it a great place to live, work, and play and a perfect base to enjoy all the region has to offer.
Updates include double glazing, floor, wall and ceiling insulation, a heat pump and HRV and on chilly nights, we've a woodstove to keep you cozy.
With almost an acre of land, a soccer field and basketball net, trampoline, trees to climb, a secret children's fort, free bikes and scooters for checking out the trails, rope swing, and fruit trees galore, our farm is a great place to play for active families or for couples to retreat to in the countryside. And for rainy days, our built-in surround sound home theatre system and DVD player / chromecast and HD projector or just old school board games will keep everyone happy.
