Villa Audenzia is a large, 17th century villa with private swimming pool. Set in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, the villa is part of a 20-acre estate with three private villas (separated by high hedgerows). Ideal for family holidays or larger gatherings, Villa Audenzia can be rented on its own or with the two other villas, sleeping up to 37 in total. The property is close to the town of Greve (7km) and just a short walk away from Panzano, where you can find supermarkets and a weekly market. The villa is perfectly situated for exploring Tuscany and the towns of Florence, Siena and San Gimignano are all about an hour’s drive away.

The 600 square metre villa develops over 4 levels, with the main entrance considered to be on the second level.

On the lower level (down a short flight of stairs) you will find an indoor heated pool with a bar and sitting room. You will also find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and independent access from the garden.

On the second level, you will find a large well-equipped kitchen with a dining area (with large table and chairs) and a French door leading onto the terrace. You will also find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bath) and one double bedroom with jacuzzi bath and en-suite bathroom.

On the third level (reachable from the garden or and internal staircase) you will find a large living room with two seating areas (with comfortable sofa seating) and another room (with a sofa, small stove and a fridge for snacks). You will also find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (with showers).

On the fourth level (accessed via a short staircase) you will find a small living room and stairs up to the turret where you will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower).

Please note: Four of the bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms on request.

Outdoors, the villa is set in a large, fenced garden with swimming pool (8m x 8m). Next to the pool you will find a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas). You will also find a large terrace with a covered dining area (with a large table and chairs), a covered seating area (with comfortable seating) and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
