Casagreve is located in the historical center of Greve in Chianti (25 km from Florence), on the Piazza Matteotti. This triangular square is surrounded by arcades, under which you will find shops, cafés and restaurants.
The newly refurbished guesthouse has two double rooms and a single bedroom. All guests may enjoy a stylish living room and a terrace overlooking the Piazza with its southern ambiente. A wonderful location to explore the famous Chianti Classico region and many world heritages such as Florence, Siena or San Gimignano or to simply enjoy the dolce far niente.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property was one of my favorites! The house had enough room for all of us. Loved having 3 restrooms!! The location overlooks the piazza! Greve is a small, quiet, peaceful town… but close enough for a day trip to Florence. Our hosts were very kind and welcoming!! We had a great time and I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Wonderful One Night Stay in Greve Center

Two bedroom apartment overlooking the town square with plenty of restaurants. Easy to get to. Hosts Cristian and Corrine were great! Answered all our questions quickly pre visit, were there to greet us upon arrival, explained everything well. Apartment is in an older building with the bedrooms at the top level with only stair access so depending on how many days you are staying you need to be prepared to get your suitcases up the stairs. Wonderful and large veranda with table, chairs, and large umbrella to sit outside for any meal or to read, have a drink, etc. Parking in the square is only permitted in the mornings but you are able to drive right to the building to drop off your luggage as well as load up up on departure then move your car to public parking only a couple of blocks away. Thank you Cristman and Corrine for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. Hope we can return in the future and stay longer.

This was my favorite stay during our travels throughout Italy. Restaurants on the square or dining out on the lovely balcony. We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location for dayctrips to Sienna and Florence, bike riding through Tuscany, . Great hosts as well!

Great location and apartment

This large apartment sits right on the square and could be more central to shopping and restaurants. The owners met us with waves from the balcony overlooking the square, introduced us to the space, and made sure we got our parking situated. Would definitely return.
