"The Hotel Monte Rosa in Zermatt is absolutely superb in all respects, especially with regard to the staff. Our spacious suite was excellent. It was also greatly appreciated to have complimentary ground transportation between the train station and the hotel. The complimentary breakfasts in their elegant dining room were excellent as well.
