In a building dating from 1930 and of good quality, refurbished at the end of 2019, on the 3rd floor out of 4 without elevator, you will have:
## 2 bedrooms opposite the apartment with 2 Queen Size beds
## A living room with 3 cocooning fireside chairs, a very intelligent Queen Size sofa with 15cm memory mattress, TV with fiber box, 1 Bluetooth speaker (jack, bluetooth, CD, radio).
## An adjoining dining room, open onto the living room and the kitchen, with an 8-seater dining table, a queen size sofa bed (160 * 200) identical living room for a total and comfortable capacity of 8 beds.

- Oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer ...
- Nespresso Coffee Machine

This apartment is completely autonomous in terms of arrival and departure thanks to a digital code at the bottom of the building then a secure key box on the apartment door.
This allows you to arrive at the time you want without worrying if I will be available or not. If I am, I would come to welcome you and present the apartment to you with great pleasure. If I can't, I'll give you a phone call when you arrive.

The advantage of this apartment is unequivocal its location in the heart of Grenoble, in a quiet street. You can fully enjoy and visit the "real Grenoble" at the foot of your apartment. Access to all shops, the daily market of Halles Saintes Claires (classified site), cultural sites, heritage sites, public transport (Tram A and B at the foot of the building 3 or 4 stops from Grenoble train station , business school, scientific polygon), covered and uncovered paid parking lot near the building.
In short, there is hardly a better location for exploring the city.

But it is also a good location for a business trip due to its hyper proximity to public transport, and the small restaurants and bar of the hyper center for afterworks.

A cinema is also 25 meters from the building and there is a cafe, tobacco shop and restaurant close to the building.
