Great location, good layout, but unclean and not well equipped
The is in a good location, but the street is very noisy. It was hot when we were there so we had to sleep with the windows open - there is no air conditioning - but it was very noisy.There are no curtains at the bedroom windows, but there are external shutters - curtains would have been useful for privacy.The kitchen is a mess - the cupboards are stuffed full of so much unnecessary equipment, but there are also things missing which would be useful - such as a kettle. There are no empty cupboards to store food in because they are all full of junk. The flat was quite unclean.The living room was a good size, with a little balcony and nicely furnished. Wifi was good too.I was pleased there were twin beds in the second bedroom as I was travelling with my children and apartments with twin beds (instead of double) were hard to find. One of the beds was broken - the slats at the bottom had snapped. This bedroom is at the back of the apartment which is better for the children from a noise point of view.The floorplan of the apartment is great - good for a family, with the living part of the apartment being separate from the sleeping part.With a little bit of investment of time and money (clear the cupboards, install curtains, upgrade the bed) it could be great.
