"Everyone's great -- I want to particularly give a shoutout to the staff who manages the breakfast. I wish I got her name -- she's super friendly, so helpful, her smile never -- I felt like I was in her kitchen at home. Front desk staff are nice, the room is clean and well-maintained, the hotel overall is great. The only negative feedback I have is that the detergent used caused an allergic reaction on my face and neck (so it's probably the pillowcases). My face immediately became itchy and red the first night. I got Benadryl, so that helped. Otherwise, our experience was great."

"I would like to get a full refund. I arrived at 5:45pm. After an hour of arriving the power went out at the hotel and hasn’t came back on so my spouse and I are going to another hotel. The hotel manager isn’t sure when the power will be back on as she has contacted DTE and they don’t have an update about the outage. Never got my refund after messaging staff. Many residents left due to the power outage."

"Fridge did not work, but staff was very accommodating in switching rooms. The hot tub was out of order so we were allowed to use the one next door. The only reason for the cleanliness rating is that when we pulled the fridge out from the cabinet to check it, there was a lot of dust. The rest of the room was very clean. I would have no issue with booking here again. "
